Job Description

We are a fine food distribution company located in South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau and are looking for a multi-tasking administrator with  experience specifically with MYOB to be able to manage all office issues.

Manage all office related issues including but not limited to: 

  • Assist with daily invoicing - using MYOB accounting system
  • Supervise sales, expenses accounts receivable and payments 
  • Handle invoices , account statements, MPF, and general filing
  • Handle declarations towards government
  • Liaise with logistics and freight companies for quotes, eta etc.
  • Answering customer queries via phone and online web inquiries
  • Assist with reviewing all HACCP documentation
  • Assist with accounts receivables, chasing for payment 
  • Liaise with our offices in Macau and Shanghai

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Experience with working with MYOB accounting program (preferred)
  • 3-4 years relevant experience in distribution or trading company
  • Willing to learn, very independent thinker, hardworking, responsible 
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English, Cantonese (Mandarin a plus)
  • Immediate available is preferred

Office location: South Horizons, Ap Lei Chau
