Administration Manager

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage facilities management and administration operations of Hong Kong office, including but not limited to procurement, vendor management, office health and safety, travel and reception management, inventory control and equipment maintenance etc
- Manage office budget planning and control, tenancy agreements, office renovation
- Formulate and review facilities management and administration policies and procedures
- Prepare regular reports and analysis for management review
- Participate in ad-hoc project as and when required
Qualifications & Experience required:
- Degree or above in Business Administration, or related discipline
- At least 10 years of relevant experiences from sizable companies
- Good understanding of business support and establish rapport with all levels of people
- Strong negotiation, communication and supervisory skills
- Self-motivated, meticulous, multi-tasking and able to work in fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
