Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of office administration functions.
- Prepare and review speeches, letters and emails in English for Senior Management.
- Prepare various correspondences, business reports, presentation materials, budget reports and meeting minutes in English.
- Proofread on the corporate book, marketing materials and web content.
- Overseas travel arrangement and coordination.
- Assist in overseas clients, vendors, internal and external parties’ communication.
- Assist in organizing company events, tours and staff activities.
- Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in English to provide necessary assistance.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Degree Holder, preferably majoring in English, business administration or related discipline.
- Excellent English skills in written & spoken. Native English Speaker is preferred.
- High level of English verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 3 years working experience. Overseas and Mainland experiences is preferred.
- Accept frequent business trips. Have to travel to Overseas / Mainland China with directors if needed.
- Detail-oriented, possess the can-do-attitude and ability of multi-tasking
- Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
- Less working experience will be considered as Assistant to Administration Manager
