Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full spectrum of office administration functions.
  • Prepare and review speeches, letters and emails in English for Senior Management.
  • Prepare various correspondences, business reports, presentation materials, budget reports and meeting minutes in English.
  • Proofread on the corporate book, marketing materials and web content.
  • Overseas travel arrangement and coordination.
  • Assist in overseas clients, vendors, internal and external parties’ communication.
  • Assist in organizing company events, tours and staff activities.
  • Handle all incoming calls and enquiries in English to provide necessary assistance.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned by Management.

 

Requirements

  • Degree Holder, preferably majoring in English, business administration or related discipline. 
  • Excellent English skills in written & spoken. Native English Speaker is preferred.
  • High level of English verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum 3 years working experience. Overseas and Mainland experiences is preferred.
  • Accept frequent business trips. Have to travel to Overseas / Mainland China with directors if needed.
  • Detail-oriented, possess the can-do-attitude and ability of multi-tasking
  • Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Less working experience will be considered as Assistant to Administration Manager
