Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Site Admin Management

  • Oversee all day-to-day office administrative functions at the Site Office.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
  • Engage in dialogue with stakeholders to establish and adjust office policies
  • Supervise administrative staff as well as on site contractors and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
  • Seek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standards.

Finance Management

  • Ensure that the site’s financial operations are meeting targets and control requirements.
  • Assist and monitor financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all times.
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.

Procurement & Vendor Management

  • Manage vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budget.
  • Manage vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed procurement guidelines as well as procurement best practices.

Safety and Risk Management

  • Support the site safety programs
  • Support the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plans.
  • Follow established escalation procedures and incident reporting procedures.
  • Adhere to global business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines, procedures and strategies.
  • Achieve Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreement targets.
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma with at least 5 years of administration (facilities) experiences or relevant.
  • Minimum 3 years of team leading experience.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Meticulous, attention to details with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of computer literacy.
