Responsibility description:
1.Manage the staff of the whole general affairs department, responsible for providing support to the management of the company, and tracking and implementing the resolutions of the high-level management and office meetings. Responsible for organizing and arranging management meetings, providing meeting minutes and sorting services. Noform meeting resolutions and track the implementation of meeting resolutions. Assist the general manager in his work and provide decision support.
2. Responsible for the management and assessment of the enterprise administration and personnel, and responsible for the revision and improvement of the company's various administrative rules and regulations. Responsible for formulating and improving the company's internal management system and various management systems. Responsible for supervising the effective implementation of the management system, and evaluating and supervising the standardization and effectiveness of the company's internal management.
3. Responsible for the implementation of the general Affairs department's strategy and various affairs of the General Affairs Department
4. Responsible for arranging the work plan of the department, presiding over the department work meeting, and reasonably arranging the work of the department. Responsible for formulating the work plan of the general Department and achieving the work objectives. To formulate the annual and monthly work objectives and work plans of the General Affairs Department, and to organize their implementation. Responsible for the development and introduction of external talents, the organization and implementation of the recruitment work, and participate in the interview and screening of candidates. Responsible for making the training and development plan of the employees, organizing and arranging the training of employees. Responsible for organizing the assessment of the employees, and evaluating the assessment results. Responsible for organizing the professional title evaluation of the company's employees. Organize the company's salary management, prepare the company's annual salary plan and salary adjustment plan, and review the monthly salary of the employees.
5. Responsible for the management of material procurement and office supplies; the organization and coordination of daily administrative writing, administrative reception and handling of major activities;
6. Internal management, formulate and revise the working procedures and systems of the General Department, and monitor the implementation. Responsible for the team construction of the general department, selecting, equipping and evaluating the subordinate personnel, and organizing the department skill training. Responsible for guiding the subordinate employees to make the stage work plan, and urging the implementation.
Job requirements:
1.Preference will be American, European or Russian;
2.More than three years of human resources and administrative executive work experience, operational experience in personnel system and salary performance system;
3.Bachelor degree or above, major in enterprise management, human resource management, administrative management is preferred;
4.Good communication skills, easygoing, humble, diligent, can bear hardships and work hard;
