Job Description:
1. Organize conference reception, entertainment and other activities;
2. Assist in the formulation, supervision and implementation of the company's administrative rules and regulations;
3. Develop office expense plans and manage purchase, management and distribution of office supplies;
4. Responsible for non-technical information, computer disks, CD's and other information of company;
5. Be in charge of office staff attendance and arrangement for leave and holidays;
6. Manage cleaning in public and canteen dining;
7. Distribute daily and holiday benefits;
8. Manage and arrange maintenance for the fixed assets;
Complete the the temporary work assigned by immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:
Education Background:
◆ Bachelor degree or above major in secretary, Chinese, public relations, administration and other relative majors.
Training Experience:
◆ Proven training in management science, management skills development, file management, conference organization, basic knowledge of financial accounting.
Experience:
◆ 2-3 years working experience in administration.
Skills:
◆ Solid ability in management;
◆ Good at writing, speaking and reading in both Chinese and English;
◆ Skillful at office software;
◆ Proficient in operation of office automation equipment.
Attitude:
◆ Objective, rigorous, responsible, practical and dedicated;
◆ Careful, and meticulous at work with strong sense of responsibility;
◆ Outstanding in interpersonal communication and coordination with team spirit.
