Major Responsibilities 

• Airport Permits handling including Airport Restricted Area and Tenant Restricted Area or Others permit for new joiner applications, escort, biennial renewal, damage and loss replacement etc.
• Liaise with sections and uniform contractors for the issue and replacement of uniforms and safety gears.
• Stock-taking with Admin Assistant, keep records and maintain uniform store rooms in an orderly manner.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date uniform records and compile relevant reports for accounting and analysis purposes.
• Maintain uniform store room in an orderly manner.
• Collect and analyze new uniform and safety items.
• Support corporate social responsibility activities.
• Attend training sessions as and when required.
• Complete other assignments allocated by his/her superior.

Requirements

• Post secondary education or above.
• Minimum 3 years experience in office administration function.
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal/communication skills.
• Good negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of PC.
