Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide general office administrative duties
  • Prepare and control yearly budget, tender document for facilitating selection of appropriate office equipment and monitor office supplies term contracts
  • Manage and handle monthly payment transactions
  • Support in staff functions and company events
  • Handle ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years’ administration experience from sizable organization
  • Detailed- oriented, good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office applications including Word and Excel

 

Work location: Cyberport
