Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Discharging managerial duties relating to the acquisition and maintenance of office equipments, security systems (Access Control), CCTV, and real property portfolio
  • Supervise facility management team to provide day-to-day general office services
  • Manage the installation & maintenance of access control system, office equipments & furniture, other security equipment, CCTV, UPS etc.
  • Design and plan internal office modification work with cost effective approach
  • Build up departmental administration database to improve work efficiency
  • Source and liaise with suppliers to obtain the possible lowest daily office administration cost
  • Propose, improve and arrange cost-efficient maintenance scheme to monitor office and capital equipment
  • Manage daily vendor services such as courier, office supplies, repair & maintenance, purchase accessories, newspapers and magazines, cell phone services, office security, staff housing matter and building services etc.
  • Manage staff quarters and maintain documentation
  • Organize various company functions
  • Provide all necessary supports to office requirements, including maintenance of inventory for office supplies, comparing quotations for procurement and cost control
  • Process expenditure payments and validate month-end and year-end expense accounting report
  • Administer daily office routine and office premises management


Requirements:

  • Over 5 years’ relevant working experience in banking field
  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing
  • Good command of written Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is a distinctive advantage
  • Able to handle correspondence, work independently and well organized
  • Detailed mind, committed and presentable with good interpersonal skill
  • Able to work under pressure
