Their business mainly focused on pharmacy.
They are now looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position.
Job Description
-Manage the day-to-day administrative affairs such as preparing office supply to maintain good environment in work place
-Oversee and manage administration services of site office including procurement, repairing and maintenance, insurance, security, store keeping and vendor management
-Arrange with the various suppliers to maintain the office & warehouse equipment in good condition
-Manage company shuttle bus
-Organize company event such as company trip
-Support in ad hoc project as per requested
Person specification
Experience: 3 years or above administration related experience
Language: Good command of Japanese(N1) and English
Skills:
-Well organized, good communication and negotiation skills
-Strong sense of responsibility, detail minded and work independently
-Immediately available is preferred
