Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide full spectrum of supports to human resources and office administration functions;
- Perform human resources functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, keeping records of staff leave and training;
- Handle procurement, vendor management and insurance;
- Handle daily office administration, including arranging and overseeing fitting out works, facilities and office equipment maintenance, and replenishment of office supplies;
- Assist in automating and enhancing efficiency/effectiveness of the work processes in relation to HR and administration functions;
- Perform ad hoc assignments.
Requirements
- Degree holder in business administration or equivalent;
- At least 6 years’ experience in all rounded human resources and administration functions, of which 2 years at supervisory level;
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus;
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese/Cantonese;
- Independent, attentive to details, and strong problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
