Job Description
【Position Responsibilities】
1、Responsible for the administrative affairs of the Hong Kong branch/law firm, including the procurement, issuance and registration of office supplies;
2、Responsible for organizing and coordinating various meetings, activities and seminars;
3、Responsible for the registration of office card space, production of workplates and desk cards;
4、Responsible for the reception of the Hong Kong Branch;
5、Complete other work matters assigned by the law firm.
6、Fluent in English reading, writing and listening
