Job Description
Siemens Global Business Service in Prague is opening vacant positions (part time base) called Administration Specialist.
The main responsibilities are highlighted as follows:
- EU Grant requirements
- Data collection, administration, and preparation related Sales of Assets
- Support for execution of various reports on regular / irregular base
- Support related to contract data input sheet preparation
- Ad hoc requirements
We expect from you
- English and Czech on communicative level (written and verbal)
- MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Working independently, time management and good prioritization skills
