Job Description

Siemens Global Business Service in Prague is opening vacant positions (part time base) called Administration Specialist.

The main responsibilities are highlighted as follows:

  • EU Grant requirements
  • Data collection, administration, and preparation related Sales of Assets
  • Support for execution of various reports on regular / irregular base
  • Support related to contract data input sheet preparation
  • Ad hoc requirements

We expect from you

  • English and Czech on communicative level (written and verbal)
  • MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Working independently, time management and good prioritization skills
