Job Description

Client Background

Our client is a the Automotive Parts company .
Their business mainly focused on production and sales of aluminum wheels, automotive and motorcycle parts, and assorted machine parts
They are now looking for potential candidates in handling the titled position

Job Description

-Arrange air-ticket and hotel booking
-Provide general office administration and clerical support
-Greet and serve company guests
-Handle visa application, incoming call and courier
-Assist with ad-hoc assignments

Person specification

★Fresh graduate is welcome
-High Diploma holder or above
-Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin (knowledge in Japanese would be an advantage)
-Willing to learn, well organized and detail-oriented
-Familiar with Microsoft Office and basic IT knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
-Immediate available is preferred
