岗位职责Job Responsibilities:
1. 负责行政综合运营与服务工作,了解公司业务并为公司战略落地提供行政支持;
Responsible for administrative operations and services, understand the company's business and provide administrative support for the company's strategy implementation;
2. 积极与总部配合,承接文化沟通、活动策划与实施;
Pro-actively cooperate with headquarter, delivery cultural communication, activities planning and implementation;
3. 根据公司发展的需要,建立有时效性的行政运营管理体系,并有效监督实施运行;
Establish a time-sensitive administrative operation management system based on company needs, and effectively supervise the implementation and operation;
4. 制定和优化日本公司工作流程,追踪执行结果,不断改进和完善工作质量;
Develop and optimize the system and work flow within the responsibilities, track the implementation results, and continuously improve and perfect the work quality;
5. 负责工作内合作供应商的日常管理和考核定期评估工作。
Responsible for the daily management and assessment of the cooperative suppliers in the work and regular evaluation work.

任职资格Qualifications:
1. 本科学历以上,行政管理、品牌文化或物业管理相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above, major in administrative management, brand culture or property management;
2. 具有3年以上大中型企业行政管理工作经验,具备科技、互联网公司行政管理工作经验优先;
More than 3 years of administrative management experience in large and medium-sized enterprises, and administrative management experience in technology and Internet companies is preferred;
3. 善于沟通、独立工作,总结和沉淀,能够在不确定性中解决问题;
Good at communication, independent work, summarizing and precipitation, and able to solve problems under uncertainty;
4. 中文、日文流利。
Fluent in Chinese and Japanese.

其他信息:
1、3-5年工作经验,优先华人,在日本留学/工作那种,不带人,那边公司一共就35人左右,汇报给深圳这边负责行政的总监;
2、薪资预算,根据当地的市场情况来;
