Job Description
Requirement:
- Degree holder or equivalent in any disciplines
- At least 4 years' full-time working experience in the field of arts administration or event management and including 2 years' experience in cultural venue or cultural organization is preferred
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Good computer knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word-processing
Job Duties:
- To assist in the preparation and compilation of sponsorship proposals and the Invitation for Proposal
- To assist in compiling statistical reports and paper work
- To assist in compiling and editing the monthly event calender; and to manage and update the homepages
- To assist in the production , promotion and operational arrangements of image building work
- To assist in planning , preparation, promotion and operation of venue major events
- To assist in the publicity of cultural programmes
