Job Description
Our consultants and sales team elaborate comprehensive knowledge and experience in the light of the different types of customer environments
and needs, as well as to provide the most cost-effective IT solutions to many sizable clients.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with senior management to plan, organize and manage the overall operational activities
- Manage Reports and documents(PO, Invoice, OE etc.)
- Be responsible for daily order and shipping routine and ensure all documents / process are properly fulfill the requirements
- Providing support on ad hoc projects and requests
- Take charge in employee relations activities such as Birthday Party, Annual Dinner and Company outings
Requirements:
- detail minded and well organised
- Proficient with MS Office applications, including MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- 3 years of related working experience is preferred
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance, and knowledge of PRC Labor Law is an advantage
