Administration and Purchase in China.

Job description:

? Administration activity in all related areas.

? Invoicing, accounting, controlling stock, warehouse control, etc.

? Responsibility for our internal accounting system (baab).

? Familiar with Chinese Tax Bureau.

? Knowledge in souring/purchasing area.

? Find different suppliers in Chinese market with a successful and long-term cooperation.

? Responsible for the sourcing for any new products or needs for any of our worldwide offices.

? Identify and demonstrate an understanding Company’s competitive advantage and values to

supplilers and clients.

? Develop new suppliers/customers and maintain relationship with existing suppliers/customers.

? Coordinate with all departments to resolve issues in business development and after

purchase/sales.

? Effectively utilize administration and accounting tools, technology and maintain a complete

database of all the areas.

? Build effective relationships through strong proactive communication, the ability to maintain a

strong service orientation.

? Demonstrate sound judgment through effective thought, leadership, communication, and

actions.

? Partner closely with management to maintain excellent communication and successful

development of the business.

Desire skills and experience:

? Bachelor’s degree in or related major. (Accounting, Business Administration, International

Trade, etc.)

? Fluent in English and Mandarin communication.

? 5+ years of work experience, with 3+ years’ experience in administration or accounting.

? Experience working with mid-level and senior management.

? Proven networking capabilities with professional organizations, tax bureau, account agents, etc.

? Owns the ability to work in high-pressure environments with a can-do attitude.

? Exceptional time management skills.

? Efficient Computer skills (Excel, Word, Power Point).

? Demonstrated ability to lead and positively influence and motivate a team.

? Demonstrated strong sense of initiative and urgency, with the ability to follow up on

outstanding matters efficiently.

? Acts always with Integrity.
