About the Role Siemens EDA (Electronic Design Automation) are looking to hire an Administration and Sales Support Coordinator in Sweden. Join us in our Solna office where you will ensure a professional and efficient service to the business by; supporting a high-achieving sales team with commercial activities, and providing general administration support to the broader Siemens EDA team. Your primary focus in this role will be on inside sales and lead tracking in support of our sales team. This will include supporting lead generation projects using various sources including internal/external data; coordinating customer and marketing events; developing and maintaining knowledge of market, competitors, customers and prospects; promotion of training courses; maintaining accurate records and assisting with reporting as required; working with our sales operations and other internal teams to understand tools, trends and new developments. The second element of the role is administrative assistance for the day-to-day operation of the business in Sweden, with employees in two main locations. This includes items as diverse as supporting centralised teams such as Payroll, Benefits, Accounts Payable with local implementation & queries; supporting new hires and their managers through onboarding and procurement processes; directing incoming calls/enquiries and post, coordinating services with local providers and general office administration. Requirements To be successful in this role you will need to have strong communication and interpersonal skills in Swedish & English. You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Your previous experience will ideally include admin experience in a software or sales environment. You have strong MS Office skills, particularly Excel & PowerPoint, and the aptitude for quickly learning new tools & processes. You are solutions focused with a pragmatic approach and a can-do attitude. You have the ability to establish relationships with colleagues across the business and a genuine desire to achieve high standards. Experience of a CRM system i.e. Salesforce or SAP would be desirable although not essential. About Us Siemens EDA is a global technology leader in Electronic Design Automation software.
