Job Description
Key areas of responsibility:
1.Organize and prepare meeting materials;

2.Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents;

3.Record and distribute minutes of meetings;

4.Arrange and confirm appointments;

5.Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information;

6.Liaison with internal and external contacts;

Qualifications:
1.University degree or diploma holder (or last year student)
2.Fluent English (oral and written)
3.Fluent Chinese (oral and written)
4.A good understanding of Chinese culture
5.Very strong vocabulary and formal writing capability
6.Positive attitude and strong sense of commitment
7.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
