Requirement 要求
1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 3-year working experience of Administration, Marketing or as Secretary in multinational companies 本科以上学历,至少3年以上在跨国公司的行政、市场或秘书相关工作经验;
2. Proficient in both English and Mandarin 英语及普通话流利;
3. Proficient in MS Office software (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.) 熟练使用微软办公软件(特别是Outlook、Word、Excel和PowerPoint等);
4. Strong analytic skills and understanding for working procedures 强有力的分析能力,及对工作流程的理解能力
5. Strong communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with internal departments and external partners 强有力的沟通技能, 能有效地内、外协调;
6. Strong sense of responsibility, reliability, confidentiality and ability to work independently 责任、可靠和保密意识强,能独立工作
Responsiblity 职责
1. Assist GM in the daily works, document/materials preparation and filing, expense reimbursement etc. 辅助总经理的日常工作,文件的归档和管理,费用报销等;
2. Research and prepare presentations and speeches, incl. slides and other supporting documents 研究和准备演示及发言稿,包括其它辅助资料;
3. Routine reception work, important meeting and event arrangement, traveling management etc. 平时的接待工作、重要的会务和活动的安排及差旅管理等;
4. Expatriate travelling and accommodation arrangement, expense reimbursement etc. 外籍专家的差旅和食宿安排,费用报销等;
5. Secretary work during important meetings and conferences 重要会务的秘书工作;
6. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor, follow up the results and report timely 完成由主管交办的其它工作,追踪结果并及时汇报
