QFPay - engaging mobile payment and online advertising business. We are currently looking for an Administrative & Accounts Clerk at our Hong Kong office in Cheung Sha Wan

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting functions such as: invoice & payment, issue cheque, bank-in, keep petty cash and filing. 
  • Preparation commission report to Sales and Business Partner
  • Handle / Assist daily routine accounting works such as AR settlement, AP payments, journal posting, bank reconciliation  etc;
  • Assist in account and audit schedules/management report/ Finance Statement
  • Perform clerical and administrative works

 Requirements:

  • F.5 / F.6 graduate with LCC Intermediate or higher
  • 1 year relevant working experience
  • High proficiency in PC operations such as MS word and excel
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
  • Fresh Graduate will also be considered
