Eaton’s Corporate Division is currently seeking a Senior Administrative Analyst to join our team. This position is based at our Beachwood, OH location. Position Overview: As Senior Administrative Analyst your primary responsibility will be to provide general administrative support to the Vice President of GFSS Operations and Global Process Leaders. As well as support towards the North American GFSS Management and Global departments (GRC, OPEX, CI). Making what matters work at Eaton takes the passion of every employee around the world. In this function you will: Standardize marketing tools and identify ways to use existing data in new and more productive ways. Support building of global M&A pipeline assess potential partners for strategic alliances Support calendar organization for leadership team, setting up global meetings and coordinating international business trips Coordinate travel arrangements, which could include coordination of the same for visiting senior management. Lead the coordination of GFSS management meetings, meeting arrangements and planning Capture meeting minutes and action items for meetings ensuring high standard of following up on actions to ensure implementation. Support the preparation of presentations for major and cross-functional meetings, networking and gathering necessary data to complete the task (e.g. Global All Employee Meetings, North America AEM, Operating Reviews, Strategic Checkpoint, GFSS Sector Partnership meetings) Support VP of Operations & management team on Shared Service Center consolidated reporting, analytical and technical skills required Plan, coordinate, and facilitat meetings and workshops, establish a playbook for Prepare for PTP weekly "on hold" report Analyze and provide report for efficiency projects (cost and savings, cost avoidance); work closely with GFSS CI & Transformation Manager Participate in special projects in support of a Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) culture Research, compile and analyze financial data needed for GFSS metrics; work closely with GFSS MRIS team. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
