Job Description

Responsibility

  • Daily operation in clerical work and Accounting activities (including Invoices and those possible documentation work), documents filing etc.
  • Handled telephone inquiries and arrange orders.
  • Communicate with clients about the payments.
  • Project cooperation and Documents follow up.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior.

Requirement

  • Diploma or above in Business Administration or related discipline
  • 2 years working experience with Back Office Supporting Work will be an advantage. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Positive and responsible
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Stable, well-organized and detail mind
  • Immediate available is preferred
