Job Description

Requirements

  • Effective verbal and written communications skills in both English and Romanian
  • Good time management skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team
  • High organization and negotiations skills
  • BA degree preferable
  • + 2 years experience in a similar position
  • Problem solver, uses independent judgement and personal initiative
  • Multitasking and prioritizing abilities
  • General MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word and Power Point)
  • Customer service oriented
  • Ability to work independently without regular direct supervision
  • Adapts quickly to a fast paced-environment and changes

 

Responsibilities

  • Post/Mails/couriers/Phones
  • First contact with - candidates, couriers, visitors, suppliers, etc
  • Manage the office suppliers - orders and receptions of the goods needed for the office (stationary, cleaning materials, etc)
  • Point of contact and support for the company visitors;
  • Organize the airport/hotel/office transfers
  • Help with the accomodations
  • booking meeting rooms, sits in the office, venue for events if necessary
  • help with lunch orders or any other requests/needs
  • Organize and supervise the cleaning in the office
  • Support to SDL employees and pay attention to their needs and requests
  • Support to all existing functions in organizing their team events
  • Support and close collaboration with the Finance, IT, HR, Site Leader and Facilities Coordinator
  • Support on organizing all the company events
  • Part of the recruitment process when necessary
  • Part of the Onboarding process (welcome package, entrance tag with the picture, prepare and send internally the new colleagues presentations)
  • Contact with the security company for setting/deleting access codes for our employees
  • Post messages on Yammer and FB
  • Advertise locally any company events, newsletters, various announcements and offers received by email or prints displayed in the office
  • Support and encourage people to get involved in CSR activities + recycling campaigns
  • Prepare the evidences regarding the office expenses and visitors
  • Skills Required:
  • Travel Arrangements, Microsoft Power Point, Reception/Greeting, General Office, Office Management, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
