JOB CONTENT:

? Sort mail, reports, faxes for distribution to the various departments;

? File reports, Assist in local and international courier services;

? Handle switchboard, answering and transferring of calls, register visitors;

? Assist in Purchasing of stationery and beverages, and Distribution of stationery;

? Keep stock inventory of beverages and stationery;

? Arranges and coordinates travel schedules and ticket booking, hotel reservation for all employees and identify travel preferences; Assist in sourcing for quotes related to travel matter;

? Assist in sourcing for quotes related to travel matters;

? Employee activity support;

? Printing service;

? Assist in arranging the schedule of car services.

QUALIFICATIONS:

? Diploma or above.

EXPERIENCES:

? 1 year of experience in handling reception duties is preferred, fresh graduate in 2019 is acceptable.

COMPETENCIES:

? Basic English skills;

? MS office skills;

? Positive, patient, and team work.
