Job Description

The Role:

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support
  • Perform receptionist duties at the reception office
  • Work in a team-based environment and display a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with the general public, students, staffs, parents etc.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Relevant work experience in education sector will be added advantage
  • More experiences will be considered to higher level
  • Native English spoken and good command of written English and Chinese
  • Excellent computer literacy with iMac, Google applications
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in serving expatriates
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
