Job Description
The Role:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support
- Perform receptionist duties at the reception office
- Work in a team-based environment and display a high degree of professionalism and diplomacy in dealing with the general public, students, staffs, parents etc.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirement:
- Relevant work experience in education sector will be added advantage
- More experiences will be considered to higher level
- Native English spoken and good command of written English and Chinese
- Excellent computer literacy with iMac, Google applications
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in serving expatriates
- Strong coordination and communication skills
