Job Description
The Administration Assistant is responsible to provide quality support across a range of administrative duties to ensure smooth running of the Executive Office.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provides a high standard of administrative and project support to the department, ensuring the office is operated in a professional manner.
- Performs general administrative duties as required, e.g. typing, photocopying, facsimiles, ordering of office supplies and filing etc.
- Manages the flow of correspondence and communication to the department, ensuring telephone and written correspondence requiring attention are prioritized, accurate and thorough.
- Maintains a professional and friendly approach in dealing with internal and external people.
- Work closely with various supporting departments to ensure the Reception, public area and pantries in the Executive Office are properly maintained.
- Liaise closely with The Countdown Front Office to provide professional service for hotel guests using the Business Center.
- Provide professional administrative support to senior executives using the Visitor Offices.
- Liaises effectively and efficiently with other departments on behalf of the Executive Office to convey and source required information.
- Ensures confidentiality of restricted or sensitive information.
- Develops and maintains reports as required.
- Coordinates and handles any ad hoc administrative duties or projects required by Administrative Manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
- Previous administration experience preferred
- Familiar with computer applications including Microsoft Office products
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Education
- University graduate
