Job Description
Process daily correspondence, meeting minutes, reports and other documents in accurate and appropriate way, including preparing good quality presentation materials, paper translations, document scanning, etc.
Handle all sensitive and confidential information and documents in appropriate way.
Organize business meetings, make all necessary logistics arrangements required for the success of the meetings, such as meeting notice, agenda, venue, meeting materials etc.
Make business travel arrangement for team members and visitors, visa application/document preparation; air tickets and hotel booking; airport pick-up and send-off arrangement; travel itinerary prepared
Office supply management (stationery, business cards, postage and courier, etc.)
Office security focal point
Organize and coordinate big events such as annual meeting, customer rewarding event, team building etc.
Provide other secretarial/administrative support as requested
Qualification
Colleague graduates above, major in English or business administration related; bachelor degree preferred
Fresh graduates considered; 1-2 year working experience preferred
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Expert level knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
