Job Description

Provides administrative project or process support to relieve and assist Keysight Chengdu site general manager and marketing department of administrative details and duties. Responsibilities include general department duties such as ordering office supplies, sorting mails, making travel arrangements and scheduling meetings, etc., as well as executing and reporting on research and data analysis projects. The job will require interaction and coordination between departments and/or outside parties. Interacts with company personnel’s at all organizational levels. May be required to perform duties of a critical or confidential nature.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Routine department administrative support, including travel and meeting arrangement, meeting minutes and report, expense request and reimbursement, office supplies and equipment purchase, etc.
  • Department asset and demo equipment management
  • Helping on legal documentation and business license management process
Job Qualifications
  • College or university degree
  • Fluent English
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Organized and pays attention to details
  • Minimum 2 years of administrative or relevant working experience
