Job Description
Perform secretarial duties and provide administrative and clerical support to the Directors. Screen calls and receive visitors. Prepare correspondence, reports and presentations. Ensure the smooth overall
operation of the office.
Competencies and Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in the hospitality industry
Knowledge/Certificates: Excellent calendar management experience
Education: Bachelor degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or Communications an advantage
Language Ability: Good English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Computer Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
