Job Description

Administrative Assistant

Major responsibility:

  • Support site admin team and HR team on daily work and routine tasks.
  • Manage and maintain the routine office demand, including but not limited to purchase stationery, daily supplies in pantry, company courier (receive and dispatch) and manage monthly payments;
  • Raise Admin, HR/Finance/EHS/SC related PRs with vendors in SAP;
  • Update company contact list along with new onboard staffs;
  • Assist to plan and prepare companywide activities, such as monthly birthday party, festival activity, staff activity (such as annual outing, annual dinner);
  • Travel management, issue ticket/hotel reservation/visa for GZB staffs upon receiving approval in E-form;
  • Management on meeting room reservation;
  • Reception tasks for visitors, including but not limited to VIPs, candidates, etc.;
  • Manage company website and other social media accounts, such as Company WeChat account;
  • Other work as assigned.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor or associate degree in business administration or related major;
  • 1-3 years of related experience in administration;
  • Can use English as working language;
  • Proactive, can work under pressure.
