Job Description
- Maintain effective professional relationships with Guests, Team Members and external service providers
- Provide assistance to enhance the performance of other Department Team Members
- Assist in all aspects of office administration
- Prepare and oversee preparation of duty rosters
- Accurately complete payroll procedures
- Answer and screen phone calls using proper telephone etiquette
- Operate standard office equipment
- Distribute and file documents
- Copy and distribute daily reports and correspondence
- Type correspondence
- Assist in maintaining Team Members records
- Prepare maintenance requests and purchase orders
- Assist in ordering office supplies and other items
- Complete all reports and documents efficiently and promptly
- Log all daily reports, Security Shift Summaries and incident reports as needed
- Prepare monthly activity reports
- Participate in training programs
- Keep up-to-date with Department and Company Policies and Procedures
- Actively participate in regular Performance Improvement reviews
- Perform all duties as directed by the Director of Security or the delegated authority
Position Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent experience
- 1 or more years’ office administration experience
- Type at least 55 WPM accurately
- Have excellent oral and written communication
- Good interpersonal skills: able to interface effectively with fellow Team Members and others
- Ability to work in a team
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Able to work efficiently and accurately without constant supervision
- Able to work in a smoke-filled environment if required
- Physically fit: able to work inside and maneuver in and around all areas of the property
- Respond to visual and aural cues
