Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform administrative support;
  • Handle filing and maintain proper records;
  • Arrange meetings, business trips and appointment schedule to senior management;
  • Assist in the preparation of letters, reports, memos and other documents;
  • Set up filing system for safe custody of documents;
  • Perform other job-related duties


Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years solid working experience in administrative officer role;
  • High school graduate or above;
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft applications
