Job Description

He/she will be responsible for handling day to day office administration and general affairs as well as to participate a part of human resources duties.  Provide quality General Affairs services and support to dedicated business teams.

Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for handling day to day office administration duties including office equipment maintenance, office supplies sourcing, renewal of licenses, insurance registration, pantry daily consumption, maintain office tidiness and a systematic filing system for smooth and efficient office operations
  • Organize, maintain, and update office files and records regularly
  • Process daily expense claims and payments
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments or projects as required by the Company Management
  • Act as receptionist during colleagues on leave

Requirements: 

  • A minimum of 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language or Level 2 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSEE including English & Chinese
  • 1 -2 years’ work experience is preferable. Fresh graduates are also welcome
  • Proficient in using PC applications including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • An eager to learn and optimistic attitude is desirable
  • Hardworking, self-motivated, well-organized, proactive attitude is a must
  • Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Working Location: Shatin
