OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES工作职责:
Assist the Director of Food & Beverage and in the routine function and department internal affairs. 协助餐饮总监完成日常工作安排以及部门内部事宜。
Handle typing, printing and filing of all documents.
负责各种文件的打印和归档工作。
Provide interpretation for meetings and in / out correspondences.
负责会议翻译,来函以及反馈信息。
Deal with in / out letters, memorandum.
负责来往信函及备忘录。
Be responsible for the reception of visitors.
负责日常来访接待。
Work independently on assigned projects.
能够独立完成规定工作。
SPECIFIC DUTIES 工作任务:
Operations运营

Transcribe the dictation from Director of Food & Beverage and follow up the requirements.
听从餐饮总监的各项安排并且按要求完成。

Assist the Director of Food & Beverage to translate all the document and personal correspondences, memorandum.
协助餐饮总监翻译各种文件,私人信函以及备忘录。

Provide interpretation for meetings, take meeting minutes and hand out materials to specific department after meetings.
负责会议翻译,会议纪要,并且在会议结束后向相关部门呈送文件。

Manage all documents.
负责管理各种文件。

Assist the Director of Food & Beverage in communications with all departments.
协助餐饮总监与各部门之间的沟通。

Be responsible for office supplies of the department.
负责部门的办公用品。

Maintain attendance record in the department and send to HR in time every month.
记录考勤并且每个月按时上报给人力部门。

Type documents and reports.
负责文档和报告的打印。

Collect, copy department’s documents, and then file them in different subject.
收集,复印各部门文件,并按类别归档。

Handle working affairs at the request of the Director of Food & Beverage.
按餐饮总监的要求处理各项工作事宜。

Answer the phone according to standard phone etiquette and take messages if the Director of Food & Beverage is not available.
负责日常电话的转接,尽量减少外界对餐饮总监工作的不必要打搅。

Conduct a good reception of important visitors.
负责重要客户的接待。

Handle properly all the confidential information about hotel.
做好酒店机密信息的保密工作。

Make appointments according to the Director of Food & Beverage’s work schedule.
根据餐饮总监的工作日程安排预约。
Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including nametag. Personal appearance and grooming must adhere to standard.
准时汇报工作, 要求按照公司标准着装,佩戴标牌, 做到大方得体。

Have knowledge about guest rooms, locations, amenities, features and all other services offered by the hotel such as Food and Beverage outlets, Banquet facilities, Fitness Club and be able to answer to all such guest related queries.
了解由餐饮部,宴会部,健身俱乐部提供的关于客房, 位置,设施等各方面的信息,能够回答客户提出的各种相关问题。

To develop a close and harmonious working relationship with all other associates in various departments of the hotel.
同酒店其他部门员工保持良好的关系,创造和谐融洽的工作环境。

Have a complete knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
具备完整的酒店标准政策与程序的知识。

Maintain guest satisfaction and ensure repeat business through personalised, efficient service.
满足客户需求,为客户提供个性有效的服务。

Answer the phones according to the standards of proper etiquette and within three rings; address in-house guest by name.
电话铃响三声内礼貌接起电话,称呼客人名字。

Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them.
具备处理紧急事件的相关知识并具有执行力。

Be responsible for the ensuring that all the guest comments are passed on to the centralized Guest Response area and are updated in all necessary Guest History databases.
负责客人反馈,及时汇总至客服部门, 并且及时更新客服信息平台。

Attend training sessions and meetings as required.
按要求参加培训课程以及培训会议。

Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
执行各项其他安排的任务。

Maintain safety by adhering to safest policies, being responsible to report all accidents immediately. Support all safety programs. Proceed with caution when walking on slippery floors. Ensure proper safety instructions are given before operating any equipment.
执行安全标准以确保酒店安全,一旦有事故发生立即上报。负责协助各项安全项目。使用设备之前先确保了解各项安全操作。

Be responsible for the reimbursement of daily expenses of the Director of Food & Beverage.
