Job Description
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEED TO:
- Arrange travel and accommodation for expatriates;
- Handle visa applications;
- Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative and secretarial related matters;
- Provide clerical support including data input and documentation to secretary team;
- Assist in ad hoc project as required
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or above
- 1 -2 years’ work experience as an administrative assistant, exposure in F&B industry will be an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Independent, a team player with initiative and good communication skills
