Job Description

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT NEED TO:

  • Arrange travel and accommodation for expatriates;
  • Handle visa applications;
  • Liaise with internal and external parties on administrative and secretarial related matters;
  • Provide clerical support including data input and documentation to secretary team;
  • Assist in ad hoc project as required

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or above
  • 1 -2 years’ work experience as an administrative assistant, exposure in F&B industry will be an advantage;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese;
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Independent, a team player with initiative and good communication skills
