Job Description
Purpose of job
- Reporting to the General Manager, the main responsibility is to assist the team in any ad-hoc matter included but not limited to provide assistance in packing company documents, handle invoices and update data
Primary duties and responsibilities
- Prepare and pack company documents to ships
- Handle all invoices
- Update data and documents onto office website
- Distribute internal company newsletter or bulletin to all colleagues
- Assist in the administrative tasks within the Department
- Assist in any ad-hoc matters as assigned by Manager
Education / experience / skills required
- Form 6, IVE or Diploma of any faculty, preferably work experiences in handling administrative duties
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Good communication skills in both verbal and written English
- Strong team player with positive working attitude
