Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Liaison and coordinate with government departments, utilities companies, vendors / designers and agents; identify and define project requirements
  • Coordination and follow up assigned projects from pre-stage until final stage  
  • Handle documentation submission including various agreement and control delivery schedule.
  • Assist project team for fitting-out project administration
  • Monitor and track project’s progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
  • Assist in various ad hoc works upon requests

 

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or above in business, marketing related subject at least 2 years working experience in business development and willing to learn and grow with the group.
  • Knowledge of IT, marketing field; secretarial duties; and multitasking skills
  • Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese including Putonghua
  • Competent use of computing software (MS Office, Photoshop)
  • Strong sense of responsibility, able to handle multi-task work independently
  • Immediate available is preferred
