Administrative Assistant Eaton’s Crouse Hinds, B-Line, Oil & Gas team is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our HR team. This position is based at our Washington, PA facility and work the general hours of 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The rate starts at $19.92/hour. Position Overview: This position reports to the HR Manager. This position will provide direct support to the Washington, PA facility through a variety of clerical and administrative tasks for the site and production team. In this function you will: Provide front-line customer service as the front desk receptionist (welcome/direct visitors, answer phones, maintain the reception area, maintain security gate, etc.) Input, manage and general tracking of production numbers and paperwork as needed Serve as a liaison for employees (answer/direct inquiries, create/deactivate badges, assisting employees with computer tasks, etc.) Assist with HR activities such as recruitment (coordinating interviews), orientation (prepare pre-employment items), time and attendance audits Perform a wide variety of clerical tasks (order supplies, file documents, assist with mail activities, schedule trainings/meetings, manage events, maintain phone directory list, etc.) Support site-wide communications (updating boards, flyers, presentations, reports, etc.) Handles confidential and sensitive material in a professional manger Other duties as assigned Position Criteria: Highly knowledgeable in computer programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and technical support skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to keep information confidential. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of Washington, PA will be considered.
