Job Description
Eaton’s Mission Systems is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant. This position is based at our Westminster, MD facility. Position Overview: This position is multifaceted and supports various functions and responsibilities. The main responsibilities of this position include reception, various forms of production purchasing, meeting support, expense report preparation and training database maintenance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Arrange meetings (i.e., scheduling, invitations, luncheons, etc.) Creation of Production Job folders Printing Product Labels Support Supply Chain Data entry and Tactical buying as necessary Support Maintenance and Misc. buying for the production floor Complete special projects – as assigned Qualifications Basic Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in an administrative/administrative support role High School Diploma or GED Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. “Green Card Holder”), Political Asylee or Refugee. No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates within a 50-mile radius of the facility will be considered.
