Your responsibilities will include:
Performs a variety of secretarial and administrative duties for assigned supervisor/manager or senior staff member. Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining alphabetical, numerical and/or subject files; interviewing callers and making proper referrals; arranging meetings and conferences; and receiving, referring, or answering mail. May take and transcribe dictation; uses personal computers and standard desktop software to compose reports, correspondence, and memorandums; reviews drafts and finished documents for appropriate grammatical usage; answers questions relating to office operations and established policies and procedures. May provide guidance and direction, as needed, to lower-level secretaries and other clerical employees.
Provide administrative support for assigned on-island personnel, expatriate team members and visiting personnel
(1) Position is for an initial two-year contract.
(2) Coordinate with appropriate agencies/organizations to obtain visitor authorization
(3) Provide the transportation support within island for assigned on-island personnel, expatriate team members and visiting personnel
(4) Book company vehicle wash and detailing services to maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.
(5) Support vehicle rental/procurement for assigned on-island personnel, expatriate team members and visiting personnel.
(6) Assist to obtain Taiwan Driving license for short term visitors and expatriates.
(7) Provide the translation services with the police officers when the traffic accidents/issues happened on the roads or follow-up.
(8) Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
(9) Manage the VIP/Photo badges and car passes for AIDC facility access.
(10) To provide general support to visitors and assist colleagues whenever necessary, such as mails receival/delivery
(11) Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
