Job Description
Responsibilities:

1. Welcome and register visitors, as well as notify appropriate staff in a timely manner

2. Record staff daily attendance status and report summary to HR department monthly

3. Receive deliveries, documents and packages

4. Ensure the smooth operation of administrative electronic devices and contact suppliers immediately in case of any malfunction

5. Assist marketing and promotional events

6. Independently organize meetings, assign reception work and arrange accommodation, travel and ticket booking for staff and guests

7. Review and distribute Pioneer’s reimbursements

8. Assist superiors with external communication and internal coordination

9. Assist superiors with Pioneer’s daily administrative work


Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree. Administration, Public Relations or related majors preferred

2. 3+ years administrative working experience, and ability to work well independently

3. Strong English speaking, listening, reading and writing skills

4. Analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated ability to coordinate work affairs

5. Strong time management skills

6. Strong planning, coordination, execution and communication abilities

7. Experience operating general office software and administrative electronic devices
