Job Description
Duties:
- Assist in PSI Management & follow up shipping schedule & procurement arrangement.
- To keep close contact with vendors and suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO.
- To maintain PO/invoice files and related purchasing records such as materials, price, inventory and delivery records.
- To provide administrative support in whole procedure from booking, invoices generation, logistics cost checking, data system input.
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics Management, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
- Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word and Microsoft application), SAP Knowledge
- Knowledge of Import & Export Practice
- Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
- 2 - 3 years related working experience
- Able to manipulate large amount of data accurately
- Willing to work overtime under pressure with tight schedule
- Participate in ad hoc projects, if necessary
- Immediate available is preferred
