Job Description

Duties:

  • Assist in PSI Management & follow up shipping schedule & procurement arrangement.
  • To keep close contact with vendors and suppliers for quotation and follow up outstanding PO.
  • To maintain PO/invoice files and related purchasing records such as materials, price, inventory and delivery records.
  • To provide administrative support in whole procedure from booking, invoices generation, logistics cost checking, data system input.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Purchasing, Logistics Management, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines
  • Proficient in PC applications (Excel, Word and Microsoft application), SAP Knowledge
  • Knowledge of Import & Export Practice
  • Good command in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • 2 - 3 years related working experience
  • Able to manipulate large amount of data accurately
  • Willing to work overtime under pressure with tight schedule
  • Participate in ad hoc projects, if necessary
  • Immediate available is preferred
