- Arranging domestic and complex international travel
- Maintaining senior leaders’ calendar and expense statements
- Working with team to plan & coordinate internal and external meetings / employee celebrations
- Arranging hotels and ground transportation for travelers from international sites to China
- Preparation of communications (e.g. presentations, routine correspondence, etc.)
- Providing support for organization on office supplies, phones and setup for new employees
- Maintaining organization’s SharePoint sites & shared drive filing structure
- Setting up and maintaining employee mailing lists and mail folders
- Build and maintain organizational charts for the regional organization
- Engage with Finance and Operations team and maintain a team calendar on people’s availability (vacation, travel, team events, etc.)
- Order recognition awards for organization

About the Job
This position will provide direct support to the North Asia Controller & China Finance Director. We are searching for a detail-oriented person with excellent follow-through skills who is able to maintain confidentiality, be highly effective in a team environment, and help support a productive environment. Individual must be able to communicate well with all levels of management. While not all inclusive, key responsibilities of this role include:

Minimum Requirements:
- HS diploma (Associates degree preferred)
- 5 years of experience
- Expertise using productivity software tools in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel), SharePoint and SAP
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
- Ability to take the initiative and drive for results
- Ability to effectively solve problems and make appropriate decisions
