Administrative Assistant

We have a great opportunity for a bright candidate with 1-2 years of relevant working experience to further their career at a highly-respected multinational brand – a company that is a leader in the corporate travel space.

Based in our Taipei office, we are looking for a highly proactive and organised person who has a genuine interest in the Travel Industry. We provide ongoing training and development to enhance your travel knowledge. If you are motivated to help others and willing to learn, we are looking for you!

Reports to: General Manager, Taiwan

Location : Taipei

Responsibilities

  • Manage day to day company administration to ensure the right level of support is given to the business and its operations
  • Vendor management including vendor onboarding, creating POs and associated administration
  • Manage facilities administration
  • Supporting the General Manager to arrange meetings, town-halls, suppliers and client visits and ad hoc projects and events
  • Support the General Manager to compile PPTs for internal meetings and presentations
  • Work with HR to review and update organization charts, people-movement records, support new hire orientation and provide administrative support to HR

Requirements

  • University degree holder
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience as an administrative assistant to a senior executive
  • Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Must be very proactive, hands-on and goal-orientated
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Maintain positive relationships with teams across the APAC region
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent language skills in English and Mandarin
