Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative work including invoice and payment follow up and expenses claims etc.
- Handle travel related matters and maintenance of travel expenses claim.
- To assist manager of secretarial support to the family members of Management
- Provide support in reception duties including handling phone calls, processing courier orders, and answering enquiries etc.
- Handling any ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.
Requirements:
- Form 6 (HKDSE) or above
- At least 1 year of relevant working experience, preferably gained from a sizable company
- Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
- Detail minded, self-motivated, independent with good interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Immediate available preferred
