What this job involves:

  • Assist to perform payment duties
  • Prepare expense claim for the team and handle petty cash
  • Update team’s Leave Record
  • Car park arrangement and other related issues
  • Stationery and pantry order
  • Perform other general administration duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned
  • Cover reception duties when receptionist is on leave
