Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle telephone calls and enquires
- Prepare company secretarial documents and provide services to clients
- Provide clerical and administrative support to team & manager
- Assist in ad-hoc job assignments
Requirements:
- At least 1-3 years’ of company secretarial/administrative or secretary experience
- Experience gained from professional firms/Accounting firm/Legal firm/MNC
- Good command in both of written & spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Student member of HKICS is an advantage
